Autel
EVO Nano and EVO Lite Series Drones Enhanced With Firmware Updates
Dynamic
tracking expands to multiple drones
Washington, United
States, May 9, 2022
- Autel Robotics has announced firmware and software
updates for the EVO Nano Series, EVO Lite Series, and the Autel Sky
App. These updates add new features, including Dynamic Tracking for the
EVO Lite, and Electronic Image Stabilization for the EVO Lite Series,
as well as other improvements.
These new software and firmware features are available now for the EVO Lite and Lite+ drones (V1.3.27),
and for Nano and Nano+ drones (V1.3.26).
Please refer to the Autel Robotics website for full details.
Dynamic
tracking support for EVO Lite
EVO Lite now supports personal dynamic tracking, joining the EVO Lite+
which already has this capability. The drone camera automatically
tracks and follows a person – keeping them in the frame and making
perfectly-framed long action shots easier than ever. Now the drone is
like a personal helicopter camera crew that’s small enough to fold into
a backpack. Controlled by the Autel Sky App, Dynamic Track offers
various shooting modes for smart following, and control of safety
features like object avoidance.
Image
Stabilization, four-axis gimbal, and 60fps video sending
The new Electronic Image Stabilization feature for the EVO Lite Series
keeps the image rock-steady, even in difficult conditions. This feature
is available when the drone is hovering and shooting in Hyperlapse
Mode. The EVO Lite also gains a full-resolution vertical screen
shooting mode with its 4-axis gimbal. The EVO Nano and Lite series can
now also take advantage of an enhanced user interface that integrates
into Shoot, Video, and Pro mode, putting professional parameter
settings at your fingertips. Finally, the Autel Sky App gains a 60fps
option for video transmission.
EVO Nano+ optimizations and improvements
For the EVO Nano+, Autel has optimized wind resistance performance and
flight control gimbal stability. The update also addresses and fixes
other Nano+ issues, including a DNG file color error, a photo number
display error in the App, an auto exposure lock error in the camera,
errors in Hyperlapse, and other minor camera issues.
